Gemma has worked in the drinks industry for 15 years, specialising in Sales and Marketing. Beginning her career at Bacardi Brown Forman, working on the likes of Bacardi, Jack Daniels, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Chambord and Finlandia, Gemma has also recently spent time working on small start up brands, developing brand identity and helping to create a structural approach for both conceptual brands and established brands alike. Gemma now heads up the SPIRITBRIDGE marketing department, which offers services ranging from assisting with establishing brand DNA, assessing market landscape, defining brand specific market opportunities, channel strategy development, sales asset development as well as social media management, social strategy development and eCRM management.
